I was forced to watch Channel ONE at the same time every day in Middle School. I say forced like it was a bad thing...but in all honesty it was roughly 15 min less that I had to listen to my awful science teacher.
I enjoyed watching it...b/c the staff of Channel ONE was much younger than the normal news staff and explained the news in a better way for me to understand at that age.
It confused me when most of the people in class said they were introduced to Channel ONE in High School. I think it is a little too cheesy for older students.
Channel ONE, all in all, was a good thing. I learned about what was going on in the nation/world...etc and didn't have to watch the boring local news with my parents.
