Fairness Doctrine

The Fairness Doctrine should be brought back. I do believe that it would help and work in today's media. If you turn on the television, people would claim just as we have in class that certain stations and networks have bias'. So, one glorious way to attack that problem would be to institute a rule that would require those networks to serve in the public's best interest by presenting them with pieces of information that is not only informative but honest and balanced. It would give the average American a look at both side insted of just one. This would broaden our horizons and give the people a reason to think and choose.
