Fair use and parody is definitely a good excuse to get out of a libel suit that is approaching.
I understand that ppl think everyone should all create original material ON their own...HOWEVER...how much fun would that be?

Where would SNL or MADTV be without parody and fair use? WE like making fun of ppl....who doesn't? It's hilarious. I mean...to an extent...
Jokes are made to be funny...and parody is FUNNY!
Fair use...let's us take something that is "so-so"...and turn it into something HILARIOUS with the right person!!!
