I can see why many pple think making music online available to the public can be cost worthy to the artists...but I, however do not.
I think all in all getting music out there for everyone to hear can help the artist and his/her sales.
If I listen to an artists album online ...decide I like it....then my chances of going and buying the CD are greater(that is of course...if I like MORE than just one song).
In a way online music helps the consumer and the artist. It helps the consumer...b/c we may only like 1-2 songs of a particular artist...so why waist all my money on the whole $17 CD when I'm only going to listen to those 1-2 songs?
