Fair Use

As well as the last topic, I agree with a few of my classmates. I personally don't understand how fair use and libel go together. I always associated fair use with copyright. The only way you can get out of libel is by telling the truth? I could be wrong. Dr. Kerr would not like to see senior Journalism students making this error. This being said, I am some what interested to see this presentation tomorrow.
